The Sombra Township Optimist Club is hosting a free family Halloween event on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Port Lambton Community Hall.
Activities will include pumpkin decorating, a photobooth with Long John decorating, Halloween crafts and a colouring contest, guessing the candy jar, and a Halloween safety station. Free hot dogs and drinks will also be available.
Organizers say there will also be a special introduction to a new Optimist Club initiative, revealing the club’s developing project for the community.
