Four new positive COVID-19 cases confirmed in C-K

After several days with no new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Chatham-Kent, four new cases were announced on Friday, April 17, 2020.

The total number of positive cases in Chatham-Kent to date now sits at 29, CK Public Health Unit officials say.

A total of 12 people have recovered from the virus, while one person has died in Chatham-Kent from COVID-19.

A total of 825 COVID-19 tests have been administered in Chatham-Kent, while 157 tests are pending.

CK Public Health officials say they will be updating the ‘current situation’ portion of their dedicated COVID-19 page on Monday to Friday by 12:30 p.m.
