The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is celebrating one year of their withdrawal management service.
“We are proud to announce that it’s been one year since our Withdrawal Management Service opened at CKHA’s Chatham Site,” hospital officials said on social media.
“Kudos and a heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated and hardworking staff of our Withdrawal Management Service. Your dedication, commitment and compassion have made a significant difference in the lives of those seeking help in our community.”
Hospital officials added: “With 10 beds and operating 24/7, the staff aims to provide barrier-free access and support to those in need within the community. Over the past year, we have focused on raising awareness about this crucial service in Chatham-Kent. Our goal is to reach 100% occupancy regularly and offer care to those who require it.”
