Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 6, 2023, emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision on Pain Court Line between Bear Line and Winterline Road in Dover Township.
A vehicle travelling west on Pain Court Line collided with a bicycle travelling in the same direction.
The cyclist sustained serious physical injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
The cyclist’s condition was upgraded to critical, resulting in an airlift by Ornge Land Ambulance to a Windsor hospital.
The Chatham-Kent Police Traffic Management Unit is investigating the collision.
