When the man failed to make the court appearance, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
On January 21, 2024, at 8:15 p.m., police located the man on Fifth Street and arrested him.
The 54-year-old Chatham man was released with a new court date of February 26, 2024.
He faces the following charges: two counts of uttering threats.
