Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 11 p.m. on Saturday, a window was broken at 200 Westcourt Blvd. in Wallaceburg.
A 32-year-old Walpole Island man was located and found to be breaching a condition of his probation.
The man was charged with Mischief and Breach of Probation and released with a future court date of November 4th, 2024.
