Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday, November 9, 2024, at approximately 1:22 a.m., police located a 21-year-old male in the area of Wallace Street in Wallaceburg.
The male was found highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
Police arrested the male and held him until sober.
