Chatham-Kent residents will have an opportunity to learn more about local policing through the Citizen’s Police Academy, a program offered by the Chatham-Kent Police Service.
The initiative is designed to strengthen the relationship between the police and the community by providing an interactive educational experience.
Applications are available online at www.ckpolice.com and must be accompanied by a copy of photo identification.
The deadline for submissions is February 21, 2025.
Applicants must be at least 19 years old to apply.
The police service noted that only successful candidates will be contacted.
