OPP officials allege: A Sarnia resident has been charged following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 402.
The Ontario Provincial Police said officers responded just before 4 p.m. on Sept. 9 to the eastbound off-ramp to Forest Road.
Police said a sport utility vehicle towing a boat and trailer left the roadway and entered the ditch. No injuries were reported.
As a result, a 38-year-old Sarnia resident has been charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
