OPP officials allege: A family dispute investigation by the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has resulted in charges against one individual.
On January 4, 2026, shortly after 12:30 a.m., Lambton OPP officers responded to a report of a family dispute at a residence in Enniskillen Township. Police say one individual was assessed for minor injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 42-year-old from Enniskillen Township has been charged with assault causing bodily harm under the Criminal Code. The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia at a later date.
