Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 29-year-old Chatham man is facing charges after police say he violated conditions of a probation order.
Chatham-Kent police responded to a reported breach of probation at approximately 2:21 a.m. on March 20, 2026.
The investigation determined the accused had been attending a residence on Fifth Street in Chatham that he was prohibited from attending under a court-ordered condition.
Officers attended the location and arrested the individual.
He has been charged with two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
The accused was transported to police headquarters and later released with conditions and a scheduled court date of May 11, 2026.
