A spring fashion show aimed at celebrating the Mother’s Day season is set to take place May 9 in Wallaceburg.
Organizers say the event, hosted at Oaks Retirement Village, will feature an afternoon of fashion, refreshments and community connection. The show begins at 2 p.m.
The event is being held in partnership with Tropical Tan, which will also have items available for purchase following the show.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the retirement residence or at Tropical Tan during regular business hours. Organizers note that beverages and sweet treats will be provided for attendees.
“We’re so excited to be partnered with Tropical Tan for our upcoming Fashion Show,” organizers said in a statement.

Organizers say the event is designed as a way to celebrate the season and offer a special outing for families, particularly those looking to mark Mother’s Day with a community-focused experience.
