Ontario One Call is preparing to launch a new name and visual identity, becoming Ontario Dig Authority on Oct. 1.
The organization says the change reflects its evolution and the role it plays in supporting damage prevention across the province. While the name and brand are changing, operations, services, responsibilities and stakeholder requirements remain unchanged, and stakeholders should continue to use Ontario One Call services as they do today.
To ensure continued delivery of critical operational communications, the organization is asking stakeholders to have their IT or email administration teams safelist OntarioDigAuthority.ca and the Mailgun IP address 198.244.48.198 before Oct. 1.
Stakeholders are also asked to update any email rules, filters, shared mailboxes, ticketing integrations or automated workflows that reference @On1Call.com to recognize @OntarioDigAuthority.ca. The organization says these updates will help prevent locate request notifications, ticket updates and other operational communications from being filtered, misrouted or missed.
