OKRUCKY: Helen age 80 of Dresden passed away Friday January 16, 2015 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance Public General Campus.
Born in Chatham daughter of the late Albert and Helen (Birnie) Tinning.
She is predeceased by her husband Emile “Bing” Okrucky (2012).
Survived by daughters: Vicki McFarland (Mike) of London, Jeanne Corey (Kevin) of Belmont & Nicole Okrucky (Jason Siddall) of Wallaceburg, son: Paul Okrucky (Hollie) of Wallaceburg, Jeff Okrucky (Linda) of Chatham & Brett Okrucky of Chatham, fifteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild, sisters: Pat Kentner (Barry) of Dresden & Grace Dakins of St. Thomas, a brother Tom Tinning of Wallaceburg.
Predeceased by daughter-in-law Sherry Pratt, sister Carol Wilson, sister-in-law Pat Tinning and brother-in-law Tim Dakins.
Visitors will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home 620 Cross St.
Dresden Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home Tuesday January 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Lang officiating.
Cremation at Resurrection Cemetery and Crematorium Sarnia to follow.
If desired memorial contributions to Dresden Community Health Care Foundation or Trinity Christian Centre may be made by cheque and left at the funeral home.
