Mrs. Audrey Joan Kerr, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Woodstock General Hospital, in Woodstock, Ontario at the age of 83.
Audrey was born in Oak Park, Illinois, U.S.A. and was a daughter of the late Guy and Olive (Jordan) Colton. Beloved wife of the late John Delbert Kerr (1977). Loving mother of Paul (Diana) Kerr, John (Penny) Kerr and James (Christine Decaire) Kerr. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Greg, Matt (Lori), Brad (Paula), Paula (Jason), Will (Cristen), Jordan, Katie, Sam and Jake and her great grandchildren Hailey, Carlos, Diego, Lilah, Miles, Kelly and Pippa. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a grandson Andrew (1982), her sister Ruth (Elwood) and her brother James Colton.
Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Gideon Bibles or the O.S.P.C.A. may be left at the funeral home. As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Audrey Joan Kerr.
