On July 6, 2014, just after 10:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single vehicle on Highway 401 westbound near Queens Line.
The collision occurred when a Chevrolet Uplander left the roadway after two of its wheels became detached from the vehicle. The vehicle travelled into the median and rolled over where it came to rest.
The 25 year old male driver, along with the 23 year old female and 26 year old male passengers, all from Toronto, were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No charges were laid.
