We were out at the St. Clair River Run on Saturday covering the 5th annual run. Our own Dana Haggith participated and finished in 100th place in the 5K run! We snapped a photo of the start of the 5K race and used it as our Facebook cover photo.

There are multiple signs across the town of Wallaceburg, still being displayed – yet the business or organization is either not operating anymore, has closed, has moved, or simply does not exist. We compiled our Top 10 list.

Henrie said in a comment on the Sydenham Current: “At least four of these buildings will end up falling down due to neglect. The owners simply don’t care to sell at prices that would reflect the market in Wallaceburg. Then, we, the taxpayers, will be forced to pay for the destruction and removal leaving another blank spot on our local canvas.”
