CHANDLER Russell Gordon: age 77 of Chatham passed away Monday August 18, 2014 in Chatham.
Born in Windsor son of the late Gordon and Gladys (Tanner) Chandler.
Russell was retiree of city of Chatham and had been a long time employee. He was a resident of South Chatham Village.
Survived by Jerene Chandler lifelong friend and mother of his surviving children, son: Robert Gordon Chandler, daughters: Liesa Gladys List and husband Mark and Cynthia Kay Chandler and fiancé Kevin, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, brother Cecil Chandler and wife Flora.
Predeceased by son Michael Anthony Chandler, brothers: Marvin Chandler, Arthur Chandler and Nelson Chandler, sister Norma Chandler.
Visitors will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home 620 Cross St. Dresden Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Friday from 12 to 1 p.m.
A Funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home Friday August 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
Interment in Dresden Cemetery.
If desired memorial contributions to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association may be left by cheque at the funeral home.
