LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Drug activities in our neighbourhood
Recently there has been so much activity going on with Drugs!
You can’t help but accept the fact knowing you have a drug dealer neighborhood.
Gladly they no longer live in my neighborhood, but I recently discovered damage to our property, not the greatest people hanging out and loud noise in all hours of the night… people screaming and looking for one another, racing up the streets.
This is truly profound. These people need help but it sucks that citizens have to deal with the heavy drug users in the town of Wallaceburg.
I’m glad to hear of the major meth busts and recent cocaine seizures, but it’s just frustrating to have to feel unsafe in your own home because there are these type of drug users.
Once addicted, they’re willing to do anything like a home invasion or stealing from your home.
It really sucks.
I strongly advise others to report drug activities if they are happening in your neighborhood.
Cops can’t be everywhere and it’s up to us to help make changes where we live.
Speak up!
Have a voice to create a better community around us.
– Jerry, from Wallaceburg

ICYMI
Two local players are making their mark in the National Hockey League!
Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith has been going back-and-forth to the AHL, but is back with the big club with the Boston Bruins currently.
Meanwhile, Dresden Minor Hockey product T.J. Brodie has been locked up by the Calgary Flames for the long term.
Hats off to both Seth and T.J. as they continue to make everyone proud back home!
