The Wallaceburg Subway PeeWee team had another productive weekend taking 3 of 4 points.
Friday night at home they battled the Southwest Bullets; going up 3-1 early wasn’t enough as the Southwest team was a resilient one and took Wallaceburg by surprise scoring 3 unanswered goals. Wallaceburg not giving up scored late in the 3rd period to make the final score a 4-4 tie.
Saturday afternoon saw Wallaceburg travel to Dresden where they played the Jr. Kings White team. Just like their first meeting in the year the game was decided by one goal. However, Wallaceburg managed to keep most of the play out of their end and went up 3-1 part way through the 2nd period. Dresden though made most of their chances and managed to score another but Wallaceburg rallied together and sealed the win to put them at 3-1-1 on the year.
