
The Dresden Kings have stormed back into their opening round series with the Lakeshore Canadiens in the Great Lakes Junior ‘C’ Hockey League.
Taylor Sisson was the hero in Game 4, scoring at the 1:29 of OT for the game winning goal.
The series is now tied at 2-2.
The game off to a slow start for Dresden in front of their home crowd of 344 fans.
Lakeshore was up 2-0 after the first period, but Dresden rallied back with four goals, two from Ross Krieger, one from Steven Funk and another from Dillon Liberty, in the second period.
The Canadiens refused to rollover, coming back with two goals in the third period, including the tying goal with 22 seconds left in regulation.
However, it was Dresden prevailing with the Sisson goal in OT, assisted by Austin Bentley.
Scott Tricker picked up his second straight win for Dresden, making 21 saves on the night.
The pivotal Game 5 will be held Friday night in Lakeshore.
