The Wallaceburg Medical Centre, Chatham-Kent Family Health Team at 30 McNaughton Ave is making obtaining a family physician as easy as 1-2-3.
Step 1: Attend the CKFHT Registration Open-House on Wednesday, March 25th from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. to have a tour of the facility and meet the friendly physicians and staff.
Step 2: Bring your Health Card to the Open-House and complete the Roster Forms with help from the CKFHT staff – No one will be turned away!
Step 3: Book your first appointment with your new family physician!
Having an accessible family physician in your hometown helps to ensure that you receive the care that you require for better health.
An added bonus to the Registration Open-House is that it falls on the same day as the CKFHT Wallaceburg Site Nutrition Fair held by the CKFHT Registered Dietitians to celebrate Nutrition Month.
