When filling out the forms, you do not need to fill in the prices and totals of each breed, the computor does that for us when we invoice the order in your name.
What I do need filled in is :
Delivery Date you want the birds,
Complete name, address, postal code
Telephone Number PLUS a cell number is helpful especially if it is close to 5 p.m. on delivery day and we are looking for you. Also, sometimes a number is either written down or remembered incorrectly, a back-up # is helpful.
Mark which telephone number you prefer us to use when we call you the first time to remind you of the delivery.
E-mail address
Breed and Quantity
When marking the gender, it’s easier if you write Cox for males, Mix for non/sexed and Pullets for females. ( Do not use M only because it is confusing as to whether it is Males or Mix.)
If you have more than one delivery dates in mind, use another order form to show the other delivery date plus the other information again.
As a reminder from last month’s newsletter the “Order by” within the Chick Day Package pertains to the day-old chicks. The hatchery set their incubators shortly after the “Order by date” to accommodate the orders plus a few extra as a forecast for late orders.
You can order as soon as you know what quantity and description you want. You do not have to wait until the “Order By” date. Once the order is faxed to them by McBrayne’s, they are entered into a computor by delivery dates.
