NIA Dance in the Studio Space – Wednesdays & Saturdays 9AM

Kick your shoes off and dance your way to a awesome morning. NIA Dance is a non impact aerobic technique full of moves from nine different art forms like jazz, modern, yoga and martial arts. It’s perfect for all body types and fitness levels. Through NIA, you can connect to your body’s best way to move while increasing strength, stamina and flexibility.
