Over the past few days, requests were made to the public for assistance with locating a missing person, Frederick Sutherland of Wallaceburg.
On Thursday, September 10, 2015, a deceased male was located in the green space on the north side of Commissioners Road East and just west of the CN railway tracks.
An autopsy was performed today and the deceased has been identified as Frederick Sutherland.
Foul play is not suspected in relation to his death.
The London Police Service would like to thank the London Fire Department, Ontario Provincial Police, London Search and Rescue, LHSC Security and members of the London Police Auxiliary Unit for their assistance with the search.
