On the 28th of November 2015 at about 3:00 p.m. an officer on patrol observed a black car on Lacroix Street and recognized it as being associated to a male who was suspended from driving.
The officer caught up to the vehicle in the area of Grand Avenue west in Chatham and attempted to stop it.
The vehicle fled from the officer and the pursuit was terminated shortly afterwards.
The officer was able to recognize the male accused and a warrant was issued.
