Library seeking input from non-users

books

Chatham-Kent Public Library is seeking community input to develop its five-year strategic plan.

CKPL’s current stage of feedback gathering focuses on non-users.

The public library invites those residents of Chatham-Kent who have never used their public library, or who haven’t visited recently to provide their feedback about library service.

A number of open houses were held in late 2015, along with an online survey, that helped CKPL measure opinions of current library users.

Now it’s time to hear from the residents of Chatham-Kent who are not library users.

Please provide your feedback by visiting CKPL at www.ckpl.ca and filling in our quick and easy online survey.

This information will help Chatham-Kent Public Library make changes that guarantee the library’s relevance and sustainability into the future.
