Innovative Research, a national public opinion research firm, will be contacting members of the community on behalf of Entegrus to participate in a telephone survey on public awareness of electrical safety.
The survey will take place starting the week of April 11th, 2016.
“We value safety first in everything we do at Entegrus,” stated Jim Hogan, President & CEO. “This includes public safety, safety of our employees, and contractor safety. On average, every other year in Ontario a member of the public will die or be critically injured from contacting a powerline.”
Hogan added: “Participating in this survey will help us to determine the current level of safety awareness in our area, and will provide valuable information on improving education on this topic.”
Results from this survey will be included in the Entegrus Scorecard, which will be released in September of this year and will be available on the company website.
