The Chatham-Kent Police have some tips for everyone, in order to have a fun and safe Halloween.
“Motorists are reminded to be extra careful tonight while driving through residential areas as there will be lots of little ghosts and goblins trick-or-treating,” Chatham-Kent Police Service officials said.
“Although we encourage children to trick-or-treat with a responsible adult, this is an exciting night and sometimes children are not as careful as they should be.”
