On January 31, 2017, around 10:15 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a male walking in the centre of the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 near Queens Line.
Police officials say while officers were speaking with the male he appeared to be confused and very cold, as he only wearing a t-shirt and track pants.
As a result, the male was transported, by ambulance, to local hospital for assessment.
