Original story: The Sarnia Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 23-year-old female Chelsea Baxter from the Sarnia area.
Sarnia Police officials say Baxter has been missing since 5 p.m. on Friday, February 10 and needs to be located to check on her well-being.
Baxter is described as 5’4”, 120 lbs., white female, slender build, dark auburn hair.
She was last seen wearing a long black winter coat, white tights and grey boots.
