Police are impressed after a pair of RIDE checks on Thursday resulted in no offences.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say last night at 8:30 p.m. officers conducted a RIDE program on Queen Street S. and Richardson Avenue in Tilbury.
A total of 80 vehicles were checked and all drivers were abiding by the rules of the road and no tests were administered.
Last night at 11 p.m., a total of 25 vehicles were checked during a RIDE program on Dufferin Avenue and Forhan Street in Wallaceburg.
Once again, all drivers were abiding by the rules of the road.
“The Chatham-Kent Police Service would like to thank all motorists for doing their part in keeping our roadways safe,” police officials stated.
