The Optimist Club of Sombra Township recently presented the Optimist Roy Grealis ‘Team of the Year’ Trophy to the Port Lambton Girls Mites ‘A’ baseball team.
The team, which ranges in ages from 7 to 9, won for showing their sportsmanship during the season and into the playoffs with other area teams.
