The Wallaceburg Tartans fell to the Chatham-Kent Golden Hawks on Tuesday in LKSSAA senior boys basketball Tier 1 action.
The Hawks won by a score of 78-31.
Rain Day led the Tartans and all scorers with 20 points in a losing effort.
In junior boys hoops, C-K topped Wallaceburg by a score of 50-46.
Ashton Vink led the Tartans with 13 points.
Ethan LaBlance scored 11 points, while Keegan Huber and Charlie Rumble chipped in with 9 points apiece.
In LKSSAA varsity curling action on Monday, the Northern 1 girls beat Wallaceburg 9-1. The Northern 1 boys topped the Tartans 9-2.
