Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Just before 8 a.m. on Friday morning, emergency crews responded to a three vehicle collision on Longwoods Road, just east of Louisville.
Five of the six people involved in the collision were transported to hospital for medical attention.
Three people were air lifted to London with life-threatening injuries.
The other two people were treated for their injuries in Chatham.
The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
