With restrictions in place to support social distancing in regards to COVID-19, until further notice, the cashier office at CKHA’s Chatham Site will not be open for in-person bill payments.
CKHA officials say people can pay their bill please refer to the following options:
1. Pay by phone at 1-800-378-3641, using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit Visa only.
2. Mastercard payment only can be made online at http://bit.ly/ckhapayments
3. Cheques can be mailed to:

4. Calling 519-380-2883 and speaking to one of the finance staff directly, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.
“For all payments, please reference your 8 Digit Patient Account Number found on the upper part of your bill,” CKHA officials said in a media release.
