Municipality of Chatham-Kent officials say the Seasonal Beach Bus S1 Route will be delayed until further notice.
“The Seasonal route (that provides service to Erieau and Mitchell’s Bay) was originally scheduled to begin on May 15, 2020, however, all public beaches are currently closed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic,” Municipality of Chatham-Kent officials said in a press release.
“At this time we know the beach closures will be in place until at least May 31, 2020.”
C-K officials added: “CKTransit will continue to update the public of any changes to the Seasonal Beach Bus service via media release and on our website at: www.cktransit.ca. We appreciate the understanding of our riders during this difficult time.”
