The Chatham-Kent Police are asking for the public’s assistance in connection with a fail to stop investigation.
Police officials allege on May 15 an officer on general patrol attempted to stop two dirt bikes on Harwich Road due to Highway Traffic Act infractions.
The drivers failed to stop for the officer and were last seen entering a bush lot near Sinclair Line.
Anyone with information regarding either the dirt bikes or their owners are asked to contact Constable Neal Iles at neali@chatham-kent.ca or 519-436-6600 extension #86590.
Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.
