Mrs. Edna Anne Muxlow, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the age of 90 years.
She was born in Sombra and was a daughter of the late Leo and Anne (MacDonald) McCoy.
Beloved wife of the late Melvin Muxlow (1996).
Loving mother of Jennifer (Bill) Martin and Ellen (Eric Ruggles) Cousins and the late Judith Richardson.
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Murray, Donna, Allison, Kelly, Joe, Emily and Matt and and several great grandchildren.
Kind sister of Leone van Looy.
Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her sisters Florence McEvoy and Alice O’Leary.
She was a retired nurse from Sydenham District Hospital of 33 years.
She also adored Olaf from the movie Frozen and was a avid lover of the Toronto Blue Jays, Detroit Tigers, Tiger Woods & hockey (other than Sidney Crosby).
The late Edna Anne Muxlow is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd., 639 Elgin St., in Wallaceburg.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 11am from Our Lady of Help Church.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we are asking reservations for visitation and the service be made by calling the funeral home (519-627 2861).
Masks are required to be worn in the funeral home and the church and continue to practise social distancing.
Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice may be left at the funeral home.
