Man charged with domestic related offence
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 1, 2021 police responded to a disturbance in the Inshes Avenue area in Chatham.
Through investigation police learned that the 26-year-old Chatham man had assaulted his ex-common law partner, and was under court conditions not to be at the property.
The man was arrested for assault and failing to comply with court conditions and was held for a bail hearing.
Break and enter into trailer
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 1, 2021 police responded to a break and enter in the Colborne Street area in Chatham.
A utility trailer on the property was broken into, with approximately $2,000 worth of tools were stolen.

Recovered stolen ATV
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 10 a.m. on January 1, 2021, police attended the Thomas Avenue area in Wallaceburg and located a stolen Suzuki Quad ATV.
The owner of the vehicle was notified where he could retrieve his property.
Recovered stolen vehicle
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 11:45 a.m. on January 1, 2021, police attended the Reaume Avenue area in Wallaceburg where a stolen 2016 Chevrolet Cruze was located.
The owner of the vehicle was notified where he could retrieve his property.
Investigation is continuing.
