Lambton OPP officials allege: On January 4, 2021 at approximately 8:45 p.m. members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for a driver returning to Canada who was identified as a prohibited driver.
A 48-year-old Walpole Island First Nation woman has been charged with Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice-Sarnia at a later date.
