Adrienne Ramona Modde passed peacefully in Wallaceburg on January 6, 2021 at the wonderful age of 94.
Adrienne will always be lovingly remembered by her son Tony (Janis) Modde.
She was devoted and proud of her cherished grandchildren Sarah (Steven) Santos, Brian (Erica) Modde and her great grandchildren Jorge and Joaquim ‘Jack’ Santos and Chase, Channer and Summer Modde; whom she would brag about at any opportunity.
Daughter of the late Hippoliet and Marie DeKeyser and predeceased by her sisters Nellie Seys, Henrietta Asselstine and twin sister Irene Modde.
She will be missed greatly by her many nieces and nephews.
Adrienne was a fun loving and active lady who enjoyed fishing, crocheting, knitting, dancing any chance she could, playing Cribbage and Euchre, joining in with the Adult Activity Centre here in Wallaceburg as well as always wanting to win big at the Casino.
She was a long-time parishioner of Holy Family Church and member of the CBD Archery Team as well as volunteering at the CKHA – Sydenham Campus.
A heartfelt thank you from the family to the staff at Fairfield Park Nursing Home for all the care and compassion given to Adrienne.
Private Graveside Services will be held at Riverview Cemetery and have been entrusted to HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME.
