The Splash Pools building, located at 155 Nelson Street in downtown Wallaceburg, is for sale.
Lisa Everaert, of Royal LePage Key Realty, told the Sydenham Current the building includes the business space downstairs and a three bedroom apartment upstairs.
Everaert, who can be reached at 519-330-8548, added the Splash Pools business itself is up for sale separately by the owners Mo and Maryanne DeVylder, who can be reached at 519-627-9516.
