Free tomatoes will be available to Wallaceburg residents on Saturday, May 8, 2021.
David Morrison, from PuroClean, is teaming up with Come Together CK, a community led group focused on spreading love and helping neighbours get through the pandemic.
The groups are bringing 1,250 tomatoes from Platinum Produce to Wallaceburg residents for free.
Morrison said the PuroClean truck will be driving around Wallaceburg between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to have a bag ready for the amount of tomatoes they would like.
At 5 p.m. the PuroClean truck will be in the Walmart parking lot for people to pickup tomatoes, Morrison added.
