Our Fresh local Asparagus is here and in full production. Our #1 grade comes in different sizes and diameters (slim, standard or Jumbo as well as our tender shorts) for $5 a bunch. We trim off the tough white bottoms so there is less waste. We also wash the Asparagus several times before it is sold. Our #2 grade asparagus is perfectly imperfect. Most stores don’t want it because it is not as pretty but it tastes just as good at less than half the price. It is $2 a pound or 20 pounds for $30 when available.
