The Wallaceburg & District Museum is set to re-open on July 28, 2021 after a year of being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Here are some of their new hours:
– Tuesday – Saturday 10 – 4
– New: Thursdays 4 – 7pm.
Museum officials say there is free admission throughout July and August.
On August 14 their Annual Vendor Sale returns and will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“We have a variety of vendors, bake sale, museum sales and raffles galore. Something for everyone,” Museum officials say.
On August 14 an “In the Parkette” event will take place.
“Come a see a unique opportunity,” Museum officials say.
Here is a run down for the day:
– 10:00 – Military Presentation of HMSC Wallaceburg Artifact.
– 1:00 – The Legion Colour Guard will be on parade to showcase their new exhibit in their Legion Room.
“Don’t forget to drop into the Museum for a free visit and visit our Gift Shop while you’re here,” Museum officials added.
