With Ukraine becoming occupied by Russian forces, many Canadians are left wondering about the state of Ukraine and just exactly how we’ve got to this point. As part of our new Lunch and Learn series, guest speaker Tim Gibb will join us to discuss just how fragile the situation is in Ukraine, and what has lead to this over the years.
