Mrs. Mary Jo-Anne McFadden, of Wallaceburg, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham, at the age of 77.
Jo-Anne was born in Chatham and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Bernice (Jubenville) Caron and the step daughter of the late Jeanne Caron.
Predeceased by her husband Gordon Bruce McFadden (2009).
Loving mother of John (Carrie) Landuyt, Jackie Landuyt and the late Joey Landuyt (2017).
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Kara-Jo, Rachel, Michael and Andrea and her great grandchildren Carter, Mackenzie, Grason, Jack, Tristyn and Braedyn.
Will be greatly missed by sisters Rochelle Caron (Carl Chopp), Carol-Anne (Lance) Babcock, Nicole Caron, Joette Caron & brother Ernie Caron.
Predeceased by her Siblings Bernice and Bernard Myers and Angela Caron.
Survived by her companion Charlie Stevenson and his daughter Christine (Scott) Aitken.
Stepmother of Bruce’s children Mike, Michelle, Jamie and will be missed by all of their families.
Jo-Anne loved her winters in Florida especially fishing and boating. She enjoyed a good fish fry and playing Bingo. She also enjoyed going to the Casino and was a huge fan of Nascar.
A private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army “Food Bank” would be appreciated and may be left at the funeral home.
