Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday, October 7, 2023 at approximately 2:53 a.m. an unknown suspect used an axe to smash the glass out of the front door of a business on Richmond Street, near Inshes Avenue.
The suspect fled the area once the alarm began to sound.
