Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On March 3, 2023, the man failed to appear at the time and place stated in the summons for the purpose of fingerprints.
Through investigation police also learned the man failed to report to probation as per his probation contract.
The 50-year-old Chatham man was charged and arrested for one count of Breach of Probation for Fail to Report and three counts of Fail to Comply with Summons.
The accused was later released with a future court date of December 11, 2023, and released to the custody of London Police Service where he returned to their custody in relation to London Police Service Charges.
